Kelly Gay is the Executive Dean of Trades & Technology, based at the Palmerston North campus.

 

Kelly was previously UCOL’s Director of Business Development, responsible for investigating and championing new business and programme initiatives. 

 

Before joining UCOL, he spent several years in construction and project management.  He started his educational life with a New Zealand Certificate in Building and subsequently earned a Masters Degree in Management. 

 

Kelly is a strong advocate for links between UCOL and industry, including partnerships to deliver programmes that meet industry needs.
